Gene Synthesis

Peptide Synthesis

Each GeneCust peptide is analyzed by mass spectrometry and HPLC. Quality control data is provided with each peptide. For most peptides, production time is approximately three weeks. This time frame may vary depending on the length and complexity of the peptide. Finally, the prices for our peptide synthesis service are particularly low.

Oligonucleotide synthesis

The quality of GeneCust oligonucleotides is not only ensured by the trityl control of each synthesis but also by rigorous quality control which verifies each oligonucleotide. All oligos are thus analyzed by electrophoresis before being sent.

SiRNA Synthesis

All SiRNAs undergo numerous quality controls and are produced under ISO9000 standard. The products are purified by HPLC ensuring SiRNA purity >97% and quantified by spectrophotometry. The SiRNAs are delivered with their technical sheet, including name, sequence, concentration, quantities in OD and nmoles, Tm, MW, extinction coefficient and purification profile. Chemical modifications, FAM marking, positive and negative controls available.

Custom Antibodies

GeneCust offers you a quality service for the production of your polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies. Our services include antigen design, immunogenic peptide synthesis and antibody production. You can also obtain rat polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies, particularly used for your studies of human pathologies in mice.

Proteine Expression

From gene to protein: We can initiate your project from your cDNA or just the sequence thanks to our gene synthesis service. We can therefore produce your proteins within a reasonable time frame. When we receive a sequence we analyze it to define its characteristics (MW, pI, solubility, susceptibility to oxidation, hydrophobicity, etc.). This study makes it possible to adapt production protocols to the nature of each protein.
